Happy Sunday everyone,
I know that in many countries August is still considered to be summer.... that is sadly not the case in Ireland. It is only half way through the month and already it is much cooler and winder then what it was last month. While it is still a while away before I drag out the winter coat, warmer layers are definitely a must have from now on.
Already the shops are starting to release their autumn, or fall, lines and a little bit of good old 'window aka screen shopping' has been happening. I haven't bought anything yet but it will most definitely be happening within the next few weeks as it gets even cooler here in Dublin.
The first place that I have been looking at is New Look. I have been seriously impressed with their summer season clothes and it has been my go to shop in the last few months. The pieces that I have had my eye on have been:
I have also had a look at Forever 21's website. I have found some lovely pieces on the site before but have had issues with the sizing once they have been delivered so from now on I buy clothes from the shop in person, but I love to look online to see what they have in store and whats new:

I always but a new pair of boots each autumn and I have been loving these ankle booties from River Island, I love the buckle detailing

I always look for new jackets once the weather gets cooler and this one from Zara ticks all the boxes for me. I love the asymmetric zips and the cut of the jacket :
