A-Z about me

For my first post onto this blog I thought that I would write a little bit about myself and my life.

So here it is the A - Z about me:

A - I am 23 years of Age.

B - I can be a bit of a Bookworm at times, once I start a book I tend to spend 

all my free time reading it until its finished. I also become very emotional attached to the characters in books so when something happens AKA they get killed off, I tend to get a bit upset (understatement of the century).

C - My name is Ciara.

D - I may be 23 but I am still obsessed with Disney movies and I suspect I always will be.

E - Although growing up I was a very active child, I have become VERY unfit in recent years and am currently in the process incorporating Exercise back into my life. Although I do wish to lose a few pounds, my main goal is to get stronger, gain muscle and generally change my lifestyle to become a fitter, healthier person.  

F - My Family consists of my Mam, Dad, younger sister, our dog and myself.

G - I recently finished my final year of my degree in Business and Management in the Dublin Institute of Technology, and will be Graduating in November with a 2.1.

H - I am very much a Potterhead, hooked to the Harry Potter books and movies. 

I - I have set up an Instagram account to accompany this blog: loveonceuponadream

J - I am currently working at a tour operator company for the summer, my Job being that of an account assistant. I will be working there until the end of the Summer, when I will then be on the hunt for another job until a head (hopefully) to Sydney in the New Year.

K - One of my all time favourite actresses is Keira Knightley. I think she is one of the most beautiful and talented actresses. Some of my favourite movies that she is in are Pride and Prejudice, The Duchess, Atonement and the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. 

L - After begging my parents for the majority of my life my family finally adopted a black Labrador last Christmas. Her name is Lollie, she is about 1 and a half years old and is the best, sweetest, friendliest, happiest dog that I could have ever dreamed of getting. She loves going on her walks, her squeaky ball, sleeping at the end of my bed, and always very eager to make friends with other dogs (dragging whoever is holding her leash until the other dog is out of sight, or they have said hello to each other in that lovely way that only dogs can get away with).

M - I have a very eclectic taste in Movies such as The Lord of the Rings, The Notebook, Moulin Rouge, Star Wars, Clueless, pretty much all musicals, the Dark Knight trilogy, Hairspray, Twilight Saga, Gladiator, along with everything in between and of course the movies I have already mentioned and all Disney movies but if I had to pick a few it would have to be the Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Frozen, Tangled, Sleeping Beauty, Pocahontas and Hercules.

N - I do have a Nickname, a few actually among different groups of people, all of which are derived from the second name for example Moley and Molesy.

O - I love being by the Ocean, the smell and the sea air are just so comforting to me. Although I do live relatively close to the sea, when I move away from home I would like to live closer to it.

P - I am obsessed with Pinterest, so much so that I wrote my final year project, which is essentially a thesis just without having primary data in it, on Pinterest and social media marketing. You can follow me on Pinterest here: www.pinterest.com I pretty much have a board on everything!

Q - I have many Quotes that I find inspirational and motivational, some of my favourites are

R - Currently my favourite make-up brand is Revlon, specifically their lip products.

S - My Starsign is Pisces.

T - My Twitter account is ciaram91x

U - I really wished that Unicorns were real animals, they are my spirit animal.

V - I have always had a fascination with Vampires shows, I really loved Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel when I was younger, and I am currently addicted to the Vampire Diaries and The Originals. Is it just me or are vampires always ridiculously attractive? I am looking at you Ian Somerhalder, Joseph Morgan and  Paul Wesley!!

W - I mentioned above that I will hopefully be travelling to Australia in the New Year, but I do have a case of Wanderlust... I want to travel to so many other countries and cities including but not exclusive to Paris, Rome, Prague, Greece, South Africa, the Caribbean, California to name a few.

X - I  had to have X-rays twice when I was younger, once when I was 2 and again when I was 6, both times resulting in a fractured left wrist. I actually re-fractured the bone from when I was 2 the second time around, which has left me with a weaker wrist that can flair up whenever there is a lot of weight on it for a long time. I used to work in a pub and although you wouldn't think it on busy nights having to drop, carry and collect glasses and bottles for an 8 hour shift my wrist would definitely feel strained at the end of the night.

Y - I have a teddy bear, named Yogi Bear that I have had since the day after I was born that I still have have that is placed behind my headboard of my bed.

Z - I find it very hard to focus and pay attention to anything for more then 15 minutes without at least 6 hours of Zzzzzz's a night. I have only been drinking coffee for about a year or so which helps but you cant beat a good nights sleep. I think that one of the best feelings is when you wake up naturally, no alarm clocks or loud noises, after a good night sleep. It just makes the rest of the day go so much better.
